The Marketing Trainee role is a key component of our young talent programs, designed to cultivate and develop future marketing management professionals for both brand management and e-commerce business.
The Marketing Trainee rotation program spans over a period of 12 months, offering a comprehensive experience in various professional domains within the marketing field, which includes but not limited to cut-through brand marketing campaigns, digital marketing, influencer management, and e-commerce.
Trainees will have the opportunity to actively participate in diverse brand campaigns and initiatives, fostering their skills and knowledge in these specialized areas of marketing.
The program also provides hands-on experience in online digital marketing, equipping trainees with the necessary skills to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape and effectively engage with target audiences.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required, and candidates should be recent university graduates.

Requirements

Store trainee is set as one of our young talent programs to prepare future retail management talent pipeline for own retail department.

The rotation plan will take 12-18 months from onboarding training, first foray as Fashion Advisor, Upskilling stage as Senior Fashion Advisor (alternatively store visual merchandiser or in-store coach) to landing as store management role, In-store Visual Merchandiser or In-store Trainer.
